Winooski Community Services Program Registration
The Winooski Community Services Department is proud to launch its new online program management system!
To get started, please Create an Account
with all your household information. The information you provide, such as emergency contacts and relevant medical considerations, will not be shared outside the Department and will help us better serve you. Once your household account is created, your information will be maintained in your account for future online program registrations, saving time and streamlining the sign-up process. Once registered for a program, you will have the option to pay online with a credit card (please note that a processing fee is built into some registration fees) or print and mail the Registration Form along with payment to City Hall. - Online credit card payments (view credit card policy here)
- Drop off a cash or check at the City Clerk's Office along with the Program Registration Form
- Mail a check with the Program Registration Form to: City of Winooski, 27 West Allen Street, Winooski, VT 05404
